Support Our Work

Since 2018, Code for Japan has held Social Hack Day, our regular hack day, more than 70 times, with over 2,300 participations in total and more than 500 project proposals, and it continues today. Beyond running community events, we hold joint hackathons with communities abroad and support civic tech communities across Japan.

We welcome donations from everyone who supports our civic tech community. Donations are used to run the community, support travel for student participants and fund open source development.
